Weddings at Bentheim Castle
The stylish and historic Ernst-August-Salon in the Kronenburg Castle is available from May to September 2022 for civil marriage ceremonies.
You can also create Your Wedding Photos independently of a civil wedding at Bentheim Castle.
What is at our disposal?
In addition to bridal couple and groomsmen, the salon has 20 more seats. The use is limited to 45 minutes, so after the wedding there is time for a small drink. However, glasses and drinks are to be brought along.
Pigeons are not allowed.
How much is a wedding ceremony in the castle?
In addition to the statutory fees for a civil ceremony, the provision of the rooms is subject to a charge of € 390,00 for morning ceremonies, € 490,00 for afternoon ceremonies and € 540,00 for Saturday ceremonies. This fee also includes permission to photograph inside the rooms and the courtyard.
Can anyone marry in Bentheim Castle?
You can also get married in the castle if you do not live in Bad Bentheim. However, you must register the marriage at the registry office of your place of residence. This is possible six months before the planned marriage date at the earliest. Information about which documents are required for civil marriage are issued by your local registry office.
Dates and reservation
Appointments for a wedding in Bentheim Castle are possible at the earliest from 01/10/2021 for the year 2022. Appointments for the year 2023 can already be reserved from 02/05/2022.
